It’s scheduled to rain today; will my yard be cut today?

Depending on how much rain is received we may still be able to service the yard. If a considerable amount of rain is received, we will move your property to the next dry business day.

How can I request additional services?

What if I have a special event? Can my schedule be adjusted?

Yes! Just send us a email to info@wacknsack.com or call our office at 205-621-8531.

I have a dog; how do I know when you will be coming to service my lawn?

We have a pre-notification system that sends out emails the day of or the business day before your property is scheduled. This will allow you to put away your dog or to unlock your fence.

Can my dog be out while you service my lawn?

No, for the safety of your animals and our technicians we ask that you put away your animals before we come to service your property.

I just installed a new fence. Will that affect my pricing or how my yard is serviced?

In most cases a small adjustment to the way we do your yard, and the service fee will be necessary. A great way to keep the cost down on your property is to request the fencing company put a gate that is at least 50 inches or wider. In most cases this allows us to mow the fenced in area with a larger mower.

Can I have my yard cut the same day of every week?

On weekly service schedules we will make every effort to service your property the same day. However, we work in an outdoor environment with pop up rain showers and other unpredictable elements. With this in mind, there will be times when we will service your property the day before or after your normal schedule day.

Can I schedule a specific time of day for my special job to be done like morning or afternoon?

Yes! We offer morning and afternoon service windows upon request.
