Steven’s Wack-N-Sack is a locally owned lawn care and landscaping company serving residential and commercial properties across Alabama. The leadership team sets the standard for how the work gets done, including reliable scheduling, clear communication, and attention to detail on every property. From owners to crew leaders, these are the people responsible for training, safety, and quality control, so clients know what to expect and our crews know how to deliver.
Steven Gladstone
President/Owner
Steven Gladstone is the President and Co-Owner of Steven’s Wack-n-Sack Inc., a family-founded, locally owned lawn care and landscaping company. Steven originally founded the company alongside his father, Barry Gladstone, building a strong foundation rooted in hard work, integrity, and dependable service. Today, Steven co-owns and operates the business with his business partner, Tim Cash, continuing to grow the company while maintaining its family-oriented values.
Steven has been a hands-on leader since day one and remains actively involved in the company’s daily operations. He is the company’s licensed Landscape Designer, holds a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), and is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing for clear communication with customers, crews, and community partners. His technical knowledge and leadership help ensure every lawn care and landscaping project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
Steven is married to his wife, Diana, and they have a daughter, Hannah. His dedication to family carries over into the business, where he focuses on building long-term customer relationships, supporting employees, and delivering reliable, high-quality lawn care and landscaping services that enhance the beauty and value of the properties they serve.
Timothy Cash
Chief Operations Officer/Owner
Tim Cash is Vice President and Co-Owner of Steven’s Wack-N-Sack, Inc., a locally owned lawn care and turf management company serving Alabama. He has been part of the company’s leadership for more than 20 years and was hired in 2005 as Steven’s first full-time employee. Tim brings a strong commitment to excellence and operational consistency, helping ensure dependable service delivery and professional field management for both residential and commercial lawn care clients.
Tim holds a General Contractor’s License and is a Licensed Ornamental and Turf Pest Supervisor (OTPS) in the state of Alabama, supporting turf management programs that include weed control, fertilization, and seasonal lawn treatments. Fluent in English and Spanish, Tim helps keep communication clear between customers, crews, and community partners, with a focus on reliable scheduling, quality standards, and results that protect and improve the properties the team serves.
Stephen O’Reilly
Hi, I’m Stephen O’Reilly. I am a dedicated, hardworking father of three. My hobbies are hanging out with my kids, doing yard work, cooking, playing video games, and learning new things. I hale from Unionville, North Carolina. For 16 years, I maintained the landscape and lawn care of rental units. I love my job at Steven’s Wack-n-Sack. Everyday I try to strive for greatness in everything I do.
Alvaro Rivas
Hello! My name is Alvaro. I have 9 years experience in landscape installation. I am bilingual and I am originally from Mexico. I have been with Steven’s Wack-n-Sack since 2023. I hope to continue my growth and education through this company.
Joshua Shepherd
Hello! My name is Joshua Shepherd. I’m Originally from Brierfield, AL. I like to fix anything mechanical and restore old vehicles. I am the Shop Tech and Skid Steer operator for Steven’s Wack-n-Sack. I have been employed here since 2019. In the coming years, I hope to continue to improve my mechanical skills and knowledge base.

Hello, my name is Justin Taylor. I’ve been at Steven’s Wack-N-Sack since 2019. I enjoy working here and take pride in my work. They have helped me mold myself through the power of Jesus into the man I am today. I’m a firm believer that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the one true God. Hello! My name is Ross. I am originally from Washougal, WA and my hobbies are camping, hiking, and spending time outdoors. I am the Chemical Manager here at Steven’s Wack-n-Sack. I have been with this company since 2020.I have my ornamental and turf pest control services license (OTPS). I am excited to grow my managerial skills and contribute to the growth of Steven’s Wack-n-Sack.
Houston Unsell
Hello, my name is Houston Unsell. I have been with Steven’s Wack-n- Sack since 2018. I started as a Lawn Care Technician and have moved my knowledge base into Landscape and Chemical application. My hobbies include gaming and entertainment. I hope to expand my knowledge base with the obtaining of my Commercial Driver’s License.
