Barry Gladstone
President/Owner
Barry is married and has 2 children that are grown and on their own. He has been a team member since the beginning of the company and is currently the company’s licensed Turf Manager.
Steven Gladstone
Vice President/Owner
Steven is married and has 1 young child at home, started the company and has been a team member since the beginning. Steven is currently the company’s licensed Landscape Designer, CDL certified and bi-lingual in Spanish/English.
Timothy Cash
Chief Operations Officer/Owner
Hello! My name is Tim Cash. I had my first Lawn Maintenance job back in 1997. I joined Steven’s Wack-n-Sack as a maintenance helper in 2005 and have enjoyed being a part of the growth and expansion of services during my tenure. Currently, I oversee operations and billing. I hold a General Contractors License, have a B. A. in Foreign Language, a M.Eng, and am a former SCRUM Master.
Billy Ashby
Hello, my name is Billy Ashby. I have been with Steven’s Wack-n-Sack since 2021. I started in 2016 as an Arborist and Landscaper.
Matt Ezell
Hello, my name is Matt Ezell. I am from Helena, AL. I have been with Steven’s Wack-n-Sack since 2023. I have B.S. in History and Political Science. My hobbies include Watching T.V. and Reading Books. I hope to become a certified Irrigation Technician.
Ashton Francis
Hi! My name is Ashton.I am From Bay City, MI. I started as a farm hand in Verbena, AL in 2010. I’ve been employed at Steven’s Wack-n-Sack since June of 2021. I started as a lawn care tech and have moved into the role of Landscape Foreman. I am currently working on my arborist certification and I’m hopeful in 2026, I will be certified irrigation specialist as well. I have an A.S. in General Studies and a B.A. in English. I hope to continue to expand my knowledge base at Steven’s Wack-n-Sack.
Alyssa Gragg
Hello! My name is Alyssa Gragg. I have a beautiful daughter and a wonderful Husband. My family is originally from Clanton, Alabama. My hobbies include hunting, fishing, and swimming. I started at Steven’s Wack-n- Sack in 2023 as a Crew Member and have since been moved up to a Crew Lead. In the future, I hope to become a member of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) in the coming years.
Chasin McDougald
Hey, my name is Chasin. I have been with Steven’s Wack N Sack since 2023. My hobbies in my off time consist of playing games, kayaking, anime, and cooking. I especially enjoy going out hiking with my partner. Right now, I am working on my pesticide and pest control certifications. I hope I can exceed your expectations!
Stephen O’Reilly
Hi, I’m Stephen O’Reilly. I am a dedicated, hardworking father of three. My hobbies are hanging out with my kids, doing yard work, cooking, playing video games, and learning new things. I hale from Unionville, North Carolina. For 16 years, I maintained the landscape and lawn care of rental units. I love my job at Steven’s Wack-n-Sack. Everyday I try to strive for greatness in everything I do.

Hello! My name is Alvaro. I have 9 years experience in landscape installation. I am bilingual and I am originally from Mexico. I have been with Steven’s Wack-n-Sack since 2023. I hope to continue my growth and education through this company.
Gabriel Robinson
Hello! My name is Gabriel Robinson, I am 20 years old, and I have been working with Steven’s Wack-N-Sack since August of 2023. I am originally from Dallas, Texas and I have extensive experience in landscaping, hardscaping and snow/ice removal. I am a full-time undergraduate student at the University of Alabama pursuing a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and geographic information systems, with a minor in public policy, with aspirations of pursuing a career in law enforcement when I graduate next May.
Joshua Shepherd
Hello! My name is Joshua Shepherd. I’m Originally from Brierfield, AL. I like to fix anything mechanical and restore old vehicles. I am the Shop Tech and Skid Steer operator for Steven’s Wack-n-Sack. I have been employed here since 2019. In the coming years, I hope to continue to improve my mechanical skills and knowledge base.

Hello, my name is Justin Taylor. I’ve been at Steven’s Wack-N-Sack since 2019. I enjoy working here and take pride in my work. They have helped me mold myself through the power of Jesus into the man I am today. I’m a firm believer that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the one true God. Hello! My name is Ross. I am originally from Washougal, WA and my hobbies are camping, hiking, and spending time outdoors. I am the Chemical Manager here at Steven’s Wack-n-Sack. I have been with this company since 2020.I have my ornamental and turf pest control services license (OTPS). I am excited to grow my managerial skills and contribute to the growth of Steven’s Wack-n-Sack.
Houston Unsell
Hello, my name is Houston Unsell. I have been with Steven’s Wack-n- Sack since 2018. I started as a Lawn Care Technician and have moved my knowledge base into Landscape and Chemical application. My hobbies include gaming and entertainment. I hope to expand my knowledge base with the obtaining of my Commercial Driver’s License.

Hello! My name is Austin. I am currently engaged and plan to get married in 2024. My family is originally from Clanton, Alabama. My hobbies include hunting, fishing, and creating new things. I started at Steven’s Wack-n- Sack in 2023 as a Crew Member. In the future, I hope to become a member of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP).
